Louisville, Kentucky, SEPTEMBER 12, 2010 – as of September 13th, Chef Mike Ross will expand weekday breakfast hours, and add a weekday EXPRESS MENU for our customers who want a convenient, fresh alternative to fast food. There will also be a few additions to the existing breakfast menu. French Toast will now have three options for toppings: HEDDIE'S WAY –House-made mascarpone cheese, and basil blueberry syrup / NIKKIE'S WAY—Blue cheese, apple cider cured bacon, and agave nectar / or MEAGAN'S WAY—w Grand Marnier marmalade, whipped cream cheese, and maple syrup. Also featured is Steven’s Steel Cut Oat Cake – a Vegan pancake topped with seasonal fruit & agave nectar syrup. Breakfast will continue to be available all day, everyday that we are open! The Express Breakfast Menu will be offered between 8am & 11am Monday-Friday.
